After school Smoothie Packs

Base Ingredients

1 banana (frozen), 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk, handful of ice.

Combine the smoothie base with any of the following recipe ingredients. Place in a freezer zip bag or mason jar. Great for a quick, healthy after school snack! Time saving tip: Keep hard, reusable plastic cups with lids and straws easily acceptable. Use monogram stickers or labels for each kiddo. Then you can just blend, pour and go!

BLUEBERRY SPINACH

1 cup blueberries

1 cup fresh spinach

1 Tbsp raw honey

MANGO PEACH

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen mangos

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

BERRY BLITZ

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries
