Primal Granola is a healthy snack that's easy to keep on hand. Add it to a salad, some fresh fruit or even make bars out of it! You can get all the ingredients from the bulk aisle at your grocery store, minus the coconut oil. Make sure to choose organic, raw nuts + seeds.


1 cup raw walnuts, chopped

1 cup raw pine nuts

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 300.
  2. Combine the nuts, seeds and coconut in a large bowl. Toss in the coconut oil.
  3. Pour mixture onto a large, ungreased baking sheet and spread thin.
  4. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, but cool completely before storing. Will keep in an airtight container about 10 days.
